Mitchell Brown, photographer, found his love for photography at the age of 16 when he was given his first camera. He has a passion for wildlife and landscapes, calling them therapy for the mind and soul. Mitchell is out making images as often as possible, observing and capturing nature's art as he sees it.
Mitchell's work has been accepted into juried shows including Touched by Fire, a yearly juried art show and sale presented by the Mood Disorders Association of Ontario, and he has been published in several publications. He received the Best in Local Artists award during his last juried show.
Mitchell is currently focused on creating wildlife images, travelling from his home in Grimsby to locations such as Algonquin Park and the surrounding area. He is also compiling a black and white series of firefighter images for an upcoming gallery show entitled Courage.
